Status on the CDC wing??

That is the spoiler developed in-house by RPI. There's a couple other threads floating out there for it. It is not the same as the CDC spoiler.

Both the CDC and RPI spoilers look about as big, surface area wise. But the RPI wing looks a little less bulky from the side and back view, which at this stage, seems appealing to me. BUt then again, getting it painted myself is not so appealing. ;)

Curious of other opinions of the pros and cons of each wing.

Is anyone planning on getting the CDC upper wing that mounts over the third brake light? It might help hide some of those factory flaws with the mounting of the rear glass. ;)

I'm wondering if it just mounts with 3M tape directly to the glass. I'm also wondering if the unpainted surface is smooth or if it has the same OEM pebble texture as the other black plastic trim pieces on the car?

I see that RPI is offering these painted body color for a $165 premium. :eyebulge:

Yes, those are the Outlaw wheels. The exhaust is MBRP with the 4.5" tips.

Here is the story.... We won this car at our local autoshow.

I actually purchased the raffle ticket to support a charity (Prostate Cancer Canada) and forgot about it. Received a call a week later letting us know that we won the car. At first we thought it was a joke, but the ticket number matched and it was for real.

They took a fully loaded GT with the PP and Recaros, and added about $22K in upgrades including bodywork, exhaust, suspension, wheels and the paint job. The decals on the back window are the names of the manufacturers of the upgrades and the sponsors that worked on the car.

This is our 3rd Mustang, and I currently have a 2006 GT. This car is right at home and will be keeping it for a very long time.
