Stangs without an oil separator

I realize this is premature since there is no one with high miles but has anyone every own a mustang without ever having an oil separator? If so, was there any significant damage not running one. Maybe an older gen with 50K or more miles. Thanks for any input.

Ford makes 100000 mustangs + or - per year and they dont blow up without one.

Good to have? Yes. Lets keep our intakes clean and minimize the risk of detonation on boosted /tuned motors.

Mandatory? No.
Millions and millions of cars are taken to the 200000 mile club without one

also slightly better for the environment to have an oil separator installed, not that driving a mustang is the best platform in the first place, haha.
