Staggered setup on stock suspension

Has any run a staggered setup like below on stock suspension (any issues, odd appearance?). Most likely will not be lowering the car.

20x9 - 265/35/20 - front
20x10 - 305/35/20 - rear

Going to be wrapping them in michelin all season 4's.

That'll be fine, I'm lowered 1" and running 20x10 275/35 and 20x11 305/35. It'll only look weird if your wheel offset is too high since it'll be sunk in instead of flush with the fenders. I'd recommend lowering though since there'll still be a pretty noticeable fender gap.
