Squeal while starting car

Hi Guys,

I am attaching a video. I get random squeal while starting the car. And its a very random even.. Its not confined to cold start on anythin. Please lemme know

I had that too the first couple days, did it a couple times, I owned the car but stopped after that.

For me it happens but randomly only on very cold days u noe... Its somethin related to exhaust mufflers
