I am wanting to lower my GTPP to increase track stability and reduce wheel gap(especially when I go with 35 series tires).
So, I need suggestions/feedback for what you all have used.

To just lower it, Steeda Sport springs would bring it down about 1". There are a lot of options out there if you want to give more on what you want out of it and how often you plan on tracking, etc.

There are a ton of options, but with your question comes a lot of other questions from those who seek to help.

How track-focused do you want it to be? How tolerant of a firmer ride are you (not necessarily harsh, but firm)? What is your budget?

I'm partial to Eibach springs. You might want to pair up the springs with some performance dampers and swaybars. I will be starting a complete chassis upgrade this spring geared toward tracking the car. It's not a daily driver so I won't mind the stiffness of the chassis when I'm done.

I am thinking primarily for performance and don't mind the ride being stiff(my viper rode like a wagon). I don't want to put a whole lot $$ into it because in a year-ish I will add coilovers (maybe JRZ or similar).

Unfortunately you'll need to bring that up to do good springs and dampers. I'd go for Koni Adjustables and BMR SP083 handling springs. Doing springs that'll improve your on-track performance w/o dampers is a waste of money, as the body will be poorly controlled.

If you're going to go with coilovers in the next year or so anyway, why bother with anything more than installing good dampers? Improved composure alone is worth more on the track and on the street than conventional appearance preferences do anywhere except car shows and C&C meets . . . and you'd still be avoiding any matters involving geometry "correction".

My attempt isto do the mods in steps but still learning car setups.

So, my PP dampeners won't suffice?

i am not pro level so I don't want to spend a ton on suspension if i cant push the car enough to notice.
With the feedback provided i may just move toward a total cheaper package such as the FPTHP.

You could go with BMR SP763 springs and have a good damper match. It will improve handling for sure.
