Special Order Build data correlation

I've been reading and trying to correlate data throughout this whole section to find estimations of how long things take. Can anyone that ordered a car, throw their data in here please?

Not even sure I have all the sequence of events, if not, please fill me in.

ORDER PRIORITY - DORA DATE -> VIN DATE -> WINDOW STICKER DATE -> BLEND DATE -> BUILD DATE -> EDD

First EDD given: 12/15 (EDD was 2/28)
Window Sticker: ~1/31
Blend date: 2/8
Build date: 2/18 (After the shutdown due to parts shortage, built without steering wheel)
Awaiting shipment 3/16 (Waited 4 weeks for the steering wheel)
In transit: 3/24
Delivered: 4/2

Built 3/27 (blend)
Stayed at Flat Rock for maybe 2-4 days
Hit the dealer 4/19
Delivered to me 4/20 cause I had to work late 4/19
