The question I want answered, is if it provides a super, slippery surface. And it's sprayed on. How does it not effect the brakes? Specifically coating the rotor with a super slippery coating? It may eventually wear off the rotors through braking, but initially I see the potential for the first few braking attemps to be less than normal.

I have used in the past a similar product from Autoglym with limited success. It certainly added some gloss but not much if any protection.

For my PP1 Wheels, I was using CarPro Hydr02 to keep them protected. Unlike the spray on aerosols which give limited coverage to the barrels, Hydr02 will coat the entire wheel. These sort of touchless sealants are sprayed onto the wheel after the wheel has been cleaned, then rinsed off with stream of water. The process gives coverage to the wheel face, barrel and brake calipers.

(So glad I don't have to deal with those wheels anymore! )

In terms of these products being on the brake disk, the heat and abrasive friction from the pads will destroy it almost instantly.
