I called and they said they will investigate that it can take 8 business days. I've never had a problem ussually all packages require signature. I contacted cj ponyparts all they said was ask your neighbors and call ups. Wasn't too happy with that answer and customer service. I am waiting to see what's going to happen.

Once the package is delivered, even if its not to you, its not the issue of the retailer anymore. Sucks, but that's what it is.

That's pretty terrible customer service. I've had this happen to me a couple of times and every time the retailer shipped a replacement immediately and opened a case with the shipping company.

I've never really had a problem with UPS or FedEx, Usually they come up with creative ways of hiding packages so that they are not visible from the street.

I had one case that the FedEx guy put the box in a giant black plastic bag due to the rain and set it on top of my truck's tonno cover which was backed in... hell, I didn't even see it.. lol

but as others have stated, you can always request the have the package held at the distribution center,(usually at a cost of a few dollars)

Sucks cuzz I have an eBay store and we are responsible for everything. So if they can't find the package do I just not get my money back? Today I received my gopro and FedEx had me signed. Sucks I've never had an issue. I can't just afford to loose 340 bucks.

Exactly not even hey sorry to hear that or something. He didn't even answer my questions. Just told me to ask neighbors and call ups. I had a few other questions that he ignored or didn't bother to answer. I'm pretty upset I wanted to install my parts already.
