Your 99 does not sound like it has a stock cam. I realize they changed the cam in 2000, but that does not sound anything like my 2000 GTS with high flow cats and Corsa cat back.

I agree with you, I’m getting it tuned by the viper specialists at prefix next Friday and I’m interested to see what they think
