If you are like me and you accidentally destroyed one of the LEDs on the back of the board, especially for the steering wheel button.
The LEDs are from OSRAM electronics: I requested
OSRAM PointLED™, LCB P4SD Color LEDs | ams OSRAM
Q65113A6790 LCB P4SD-P2R2-3J5L-S424-2-R18F
Q65113A6789 LCB P4SD-P2R2-3J5L-S424-2-R18
The original part number is LCB P4SD. However, the manufacturer sent an alternative LCB P473 and it looks EXACTLY like the stock.
What I did was click on that link, go to the R18, you want this (not F) because R18 is the reverse mounting method.
After you go to that link, fill out that you need samples and I literally just said that I'm a hobbyist trying to repair a device, they sent me 20 sample free of charge, I didn't even have to pay shipping.
Just sharing in case anyone else ever needs this help.
