When in navigation or Android Auto and listening to SiriusXM, I hit the left / right steering wheel button to jump to the next preset but it only jumps on the current page not the other two pages. Is there a trick to using the steering wheel buttons to switch to the other presets on the remaining two pages?

I think you have to hit the mode button on the steering wheel to get to the next bank of presets. I hate how the preset work with Sync. My 4Runner has some number of presets (36 I think), and each one can be set to whatever band you want (AM, FM, Sirius). I have about 12-15 set. I can simply toggle up or down through the entire list, and it wraps around when you get to the bottom or top. So much easier.

I drive the Mustang with Android Auto most of the time, so switching bands from FM to Sirius requires me to exit out first, or cycle through all the "banks".

I've encountered this as well. I'd have to switch into the Sirius XM Input to gain access to the other Banks. Most of the content I listen to are located within the first bank, so being in Android Auto and switching channels has not been a problem. But for those wanting access to other channels located within the other banks, I've found no solution but to change the input.

@ artyie I'm coming from a Lexus and the steering wheel left / right arrow will cycle through the 6 banks of 6 channels each (36 presets). Its the same functionality as your Toyota. Even when not in Android Auto and on the SiriusXM screen, it still only cycles through the 6 presets. If I want to go to the next bank, I have to swipe the screen with my right hand then cycle through the presets with my left hand. Not very intuitive.

I wish you could disable all the empty presets and just scroll through the ones you have set. The mode button on the wheel also changes banks of presets, just like swiping on the screen.

I went to my car and didn't find a button labeled Mode but did see the music symbol button, which is what I assume you are referring to. It lets me pick the banks SiriusXM1, SiriusXM2 or SiriusXM3. It would be nice for the left / right buttons to scroll through all the presets but this is definitely a valid solution. Thanks for the info. This was very helpful.

I checked mine and it has an M on the button on the right side, below the voice command button.
