Well, I finally got the rims repaired. Did some research and found the best wheel repair shop here in Miami, FL (Wheels Doctor). Got them powder coated in a darker color than OEM to match the body color. They did an amazing job.

I already changed the cabin filter but the smell is still there. I will check the drain tube. I removed the battery cover but I really didnt see any type of inlet behind the battery. What does the opening look like? does it have a grille?

When I turn on the AC, there is a funky smell for the first few seconds. I have done some research online and many people state to spray some Lysol in the "fresh air" intake in the engine compartment but I really dont know where that is. Can someone tell me exactly where to spray the Lysol?

I agree, very bizarre. As you can see in the photos, the color is like a grayish. Whenever you have time, can you send a clear close-up of your wheel. I'm betting the color leans more towards a silver.
