Well, i had to make a order change. I was originally going to go back in and change my order to an EcoBoost but i noticed that they had a GT out front to test drive. Maybe it was a bad idea, maybe it wasn't, but i drove it, and i fell in love.

Needless to say, I now have a black GT Premium with Performance Package and saddle interior on order. I promised my salesman that i wouldn't bother him about it till it comes in. He must hate me now. :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Also, the GT i drove had the Recaro's in it, and, even if they came with the cooling and heating and all that, i would not order them at all. I found it pretty difficult to get in and out of the car (I'm 5'6, 157). I like to sit pretty close to the wheel with my chair tilted back some so that i can modulate the clutch easier so maybe that played into it a bit.

Yup, same thing happened to me. I was pretty convinced I wanted the Eco until I drove the GT. That raw power on demand is intoxicating.

I was amazed at the torque. We drove up this hill in a residential area and i was surprised at how easy it was to put my foot down and have the car just fly...in 4th gear!

I gave it a lot of thinking and I knew I wouldn't be totally satisfied with an EcoBoost. Plus he had to move an EcoBoost to get to the GT and when he started the EcoBoost I knew then I wouldn't be satisfied.

Doubt it. ;) Funny how a sales guy makes the same $ on a $16k fiesta as on a $75k Navigator.

I don't know how you can wait 4 months for it, I waited for 3 days, getting sleep deficit for 3 days and ended up giving up and bought a different car from a different dealer with similar equipment.
