Side mirror turn signal lamp replacement

Does anyone have any idea how to replace the turn signal lamp assembly in S550 side mirrors?

It's part #6 in the image below. It does NOT just pop in/out.

Once the pieces of the mirror are apart per the video, plus the mirror cover is removed, the lamp drops right out.
