I have noticed a lot of people are leaving a small space between the main stripe and the pinstripe. Is there a reason for this? I am assuming we are all trying for the GT350 look and they do not have a space between them. I am having my Big Worm gloss black narrow stripes with a white pinstripe installed on Monday and my installer is telling me it has to be like that because the vinyl will shrink over time. Hoping you guys can help me out since I am not too happy going that route. He tells me it is my car so I can have it any way I want but I will be back to see him when it happens.

I've had the GT350 style stripes on mine for about ten months now. The pinstripes are butted up directly against the main stripes and I've had zero issues with gaps or fitment due to shrinking. If the installer can't or won't install it the way you want it, find another installer.

Ordered big worm stripes and tint kit. Appointment in 3 weeks and will post pics when done. Can't decide if I want to keep the black heat extractors on or go back to the race red ones
