Simply stunning!!Finally some decent weather so me and my mate took our Cobra's out to a small car show at Lenswood in the Adelaide Hill on Saturday.
That's not a car, it an automotive piece of art. Just magnificent.A friend of mine stopped over this weekend to show me the progress on the car he has been working on for 15 years! He painted it in his garage and polished it out himself! He did EVERYTHING himself. The interior, paint, roof, engine and wiring. Now he is fine tuning the carburetors. What an awesome job. He has way more patience than me!
I agree. Even if the distributor is at the wrong end of the engine. That's not a car, it an automotive piece of art. Just magnificent.
Would assume and hope not a 348 (if he wants to drag race it).Don't knock old Chevys. If I'm not mistaken, that's a big block 409. The stuff that made it into old rock and roll songs.
Thought you might find this of interest. My dad had a 61’ 348.Don't knock old Chevys. If I'm not mistaken, that's a big block 409. The stuff that made it into old rock and roll songs.
Nothing wrong with the 348. My dad had a 61’ SS with one.Would assume and hope not a 348.
And.... turns out this one probably is a 348 (dip stick on driver side).Nothing wrong with the 348. My dad had a 61’ SS with one.
Spectacular shine . What do you use?Had to get mine detailed after a misfortune issue in my garage.
