Lately my car has been going through a lot of oil. I've had to add 2 QTs since my last oil change 2,000 miles ago
I took it in for service today and they found no issues. They topped it off and want me to come back in 1,500 miles to measure the loss - to be frank, I think by 1,500 miles my oil level will be at a dangerous level...

My last oil change came back as having 1.8% fuel in the oil, the oil change before that had 0.8%. The two before that were at 0.5%. They noticed a big increase in iron deposits in my last oil change as well. I shared this information with the service department but I'm not sure that they care.

Another issue is that I am smelling antifreeze and fluid level is dropping very very slowly. The oil reports have shown 0% antifreeze so I think it's unrelated. Service did a pressure test and found no issues...

This is a rebuild engine, cylinder #8 went through the block after only 2,000 miles on the car (stock). I'm now close to 30,000 miles with the new short block and Performance Pack 2. My warranty expires this year, I'm afraid this thing is going to blow. Any recommendations would be appreciated

As much as I don't want a new car payment I feel like the odds are against me as far as engine longevity and I should get out while I still can...

I agree, head for the exit and either look at another Mustang or change brands. Lots of incentives out there right now and join MCA and use their X-Plan pricing with the factory incentives for a new Ford or Lincoln.

If I was in your place, I'd be having a talk with the little lady about picking up a C7 on closeout. The prices are dropping rapidly on the remaining inventory. But that's just me.

no never got a direct answer and the dealership acted like they had never seen it before. They sell more Mustangs than any dealer in Ohio, and since we're all members here we know that is a lie.
I'll dig up the repair papers

I'm 560 miles into the 1500 mile drive, havent checked levels. Before I take it in I might drain the oil a bit just to force them to take this seriously
