Wife and I just got back from LV and visited the Shelby Heritage Center for the first time. A bit like going to Mecca, but less expensive and women were allowed in. Really cool place, if you're going to go, get the behind the scenes tour, that's what I'm doing next time. The gift shop takes up a huge portion of the front area, but they really do have some cool stuff. Behind the scenes gets you into the shop area, which you can see through windows, but can't go in otherwise. The car display area isn't huge, but there's some really nice cars in there. Here's a link to a video walk through of the display area...

I was there this spring. It was really cool but I was expecting a lot more honestly. Still fun to see the history though...
I think the "lot more" would have been the behind the scenes tour...

The heritage center is cool and you do get a bit more when you take the tour. But as for seeing cars there is no comparison to the Shelby Museum in Boulder CO. you will walk away wondering if you had died and gone to heaven. There is not one clone in the place. They do have limited hours though

I spent a couple of hours at the Carroll Shelby Heritage Centre in Las Vegas this morning, the VIP tour was pretty good and I got some shirts and a few other pieces. It was nice to see these cars because there isn't much chance of seeing them back home in Australia.

Very cool. I often forget what we have access to here in the US compared to most parts of the world. We’re fortunate as far as car stuff goes.

I have Vegas layovers quite a bit. I try to get over to SA when I can. SA sits right on the departure end of 26L. Normal flow is land on 26L and depart on 26R. I always look over my shoulder when I fly over. I'll be there a few times next month. I'll probably swing in and pick up some more T-shirts.

The collection and operation is impressive.
