Thanks. I have been looking at the CS14s and CS 3s with that set up except 275/30 305/30. Any reason not go use the 275/30 rather than the 35 up front?Sure! 275/35 up front and 305/30 in the rear.
The 35 sidewall will give you a better ride and fill our your wheel well better. You can go with a 35 in the rear, but the 30 will be a bit closer to the height of the 275/35. Here's how it shakes out in overall diameter:Thanks. I have been looking at the CS14s and CS 3s with that set up except 275/30 305/30. Any reason not go use the 275/30 rather than the 35 up front?
I am getting mines this week, as I loved those Rims since day 1, but I might go with 305/35 front 315/35 Rears I contacted my Nitto tire dealer and they told me they should fit w/out issue for the wheel size and offset of the CS14 (My car is not lowered and not planning to do it)The 35 sidewall will give you a better ride and fill our your wheel well better. You can go with a 35 in the rear, but the 30 will be a bit closer to the height of the 275/35. Here's how it shakes out in overall diameter:
275/35R20 - 27.58"
305/30R20 - 27.2"
305/35R20 - 28.41
The 305/30 rear tire is technically .3" shorter in height, but visually (and literally) closer to the height of the 275/35 front tire.
