I loved what I saw until I noticed the little '69ish side scoop.

Let's just say the '69 should have exclusive rights to it.

Yeah, but the side scoop was functional on the Shelby models if I am not mistaken. So, there is some historical precedence.

Why no love for Shelby making it happen here, Thed?

I love everything about it except the damn scoop. I just don't think it'll look good IMO

well it was revealed today! It's a special on-off tribute Mustang to carrol shelby, made by friends of Shelby (Ford, Ford Racing, Shelby American, and others) It has 850hp and must importantly 13inch wide rear wheels with plenty of rubber. This is a cool car IMO, hope that widebody gets an aftermarket production run, It's one of the cleanest I've seen and serves a purpose, more tire!

But IMO, I would've put some custom deep dish Bullitts, but i won't complain with the wheels they chose.
