I guess I'm missing the issue a bit. You knew the front plate holder was mounted on the car when you bought it ... right?

But you don't want to run it, and are now upset there are holes in the bumper from it being mounted and want the dealer to replace the front bumper? :shrug:
I took bracket off to get clear bra put on, then saw that they drilled a hole and marked with sharpie where they were going to drill the other hole. Yes I feel they should put on a new bumper but it's not going to happen. Not too worried about it

You think that's bad ... checkout this shit out on my GT when I bought it.

I got some free stuff from the dealership over it (expensive '50 Years' license plate frames and extra oil change) because I didn't want them messing with a new bumper. Probably would have been an even bigger disaster. I got the license plate screws to work, and will fix it later with inserts if they strip out down the road. I filled in the "extra" holes with some black RTV since you can't see them when the plate is mounted on the car.

One of the rear ones on mine is also slightly stripped. I can get the plate to hold but just can't really torque it.

I'd get In touch with ford customer relations and let them know that the dealership Is just Ignoring the fact that you have two extra holes that you shouldn't have.. ...

@FordService
