I have couple question hoping to get advice to what options I have about getting my front bumper replaced.

Details: picked up a 2016 gt performance package. It had the front license plate and bracket installed prior to purchase. Tool bracket off to get clear bra installed and noticed they drilled the holes in wrong location and tried to cover it up with the plate.
2 different Future ford service managers have told me it California compliant and all come like this, don't think so!
I have voice mails of them saying there's nothing they can do about it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does the front plate bracket fit correctly on the front bumper when it's installed?

I you look at the actually holes vs the center line they appear to be centered.
The bracket is contoured to the bumper so if its off you will see a gap.
I wish mine was not drilled from the dealer.
On mine when I took the bracket off, the screws that they used to hold the plate to the bracket was just a tad too long digging into the paint.

Don't worry.. It's normal... Should be Fords new service slogan. Yes, we drilled more holes that should have been there but don't worry, that's normal.

I'd get In touch with ford customer relations and let them know that the dealership Is just Ignoring the fact that you have two extra holes that you shouldn't have..

Both mine and my friends mustang's only had two when I took off the bracket, we both run bumper plugs but his shadow black EB came riddled with scratches from probably MANY car dealership car washes, and when I detailed It today I found many paint Imperfections/scratches that I couldn't buff out but were not through the clear and even a door dent so I'm trying to get ahold of the salesperson but he was out sick... the service techs are literally somethings else.

Not to mention his trunk had a huge gap and he has to have his bumper replaced just like mine, guess the dealership got a bad batch of cars. :X

Filed a complaint with ford costumer service. That was the only option since it's not a factory defect. They said they cannot promise anything since it's up to future ford of lincoln. Upsetting to say the least.

You can get color matched hole plugs hopefully big enough to cover both holes.

Received a call from service manager at ford of lincoln. He said they're pricing out a new front bumper, then mentioned the complaint and youtube video and said that they're not replacing it. This has been ongoing for 4 months now, guess I'll just pick up a knock off gt350 bumper.

If you really hate the holes, you can always fill them up, smooth them out, and the put stripes over them.

The holes are really starting to bug me. Pricing out my options right now but think I'm leaning towards the gt350 front bumper and fenders off alibaba. Hope quality is decent

I guess I'm missing the issue a bit. You knew the front plate holder was mounted on the car when you bought it ... right?

But you don't want to run it, and are now upset there are holes in the bumper from it being mounted and want the dealer to replace the front bumper?
