Seatbelt Color Change

Does anyone know if its possible to change the stock seatbelts to like a different color webbing?

I'm thinking of getting rid of the black seatbelt webbing and wanting to change it to red. (Saw it on a Mercedes today)

If its possible, do you know how you can do it and how much it would cost for labor etc?

Wouldn't be we able to keep the mechanism and just swap out the webbing? This webbing can be bought and its pretty cheap and have someone who does upholstery redo the stitching and all, no?
