SCT SF3 tuner: will it work with Lund tune on '15 GT?

Hi folks,

I need help with a couple of questions please:

Question 1:
I have an unlocked SCT SF3 tuner from my 2012 5.0 (for which I used to have a Lund tune). If I purchase a new '15+ Lund tune, will I be able to flash my 2015 5.0 with that tuner, or is the SF3 outdated and incompatible with the 2015?

Question 2:
If the SF3 is incompatible, could I purchase an unlocked SCT X4 from Craigslist which was previously used on a non-Mustang, and get a Lund tune to flash onto the Stang?

Sorry if this has been previously addressed, but the search results turned up empty on "SCT SF3", "SF3", "SF3 tuner", etc.

The SCT X3 will not work on 15 to present cars.

SF3 doesnt work for 2015+. Yes you can purchase one off Craigslist if it is unmarried.

I asked Palm Beach Dyno and was told yes it will work. I posted that info on this forum and was told repeatedly no it won't work. I haven't tried it personally yet and can't say it will, but also the people here that said no it won't haven't proved they tried it either. So I'll buy lunch if you try it to find out definitively lol :cheers:
