I have a 2015 mustang gt 5.0 in a rock crawler. It recently started making a loud screeching noise after it runs for a few minutes. I thought it was trans. Pulled trans and had it inspected by tranny shop and it looked good. Figures converter had to be bad so replaced it. Put together and still makes same noise after warm up. Pulled belt off to make sure it was not related to anything belt driven. Same noise. Pulled engine pan and no metal. Looked great inside and bearings looked good visually. This is low mileage motor. Any ideas? I have a video of noise if I can figure out how to attach.

Have you checked the VCT oil solenoids?

Or anything under the timing cover?

Was oil pump gear replaced?

Only pulled belt to make sure nothing belt driven related.
