Scratched my bumper under tail light!?!?

Hey guys tonight I’m removing my tail lights for a mod and it was a little chilly in garage. Well I gave my tail light a tug and all of a sudden it came flying out and nicked my bumper right under tail light!! I was pissed as I don’t have any scratches on car and it’s oxford white. Even if I use a touch up pen I know it will still be there!! Has anyone ever seen the little lip under the deck lid and tails with a piece of wrap the length of the rear kinda like blending in all the tail light deck, my tails are also tinted. Do you think this would look good and hide my scratch?
