He said that what they sell is not year specific so what you’d get from them won’t fit an 18.

I ordered a 2017 rear seat belt receptacle and it indeed accepts a wider latch than the ‘18. I switched them out and the harness belts work great now! So there is a workaround. Order part FR3Z-6360044-AB. I used FordPartsGiant.com; it was under $20 including shipping and I had the part in a week.

Beyond all that receptacle swapping, I think going with the QuickFit is not a true plug & play and cannot completely be removed when not in use. It's selling point is being able to alternate between harness and OE belts With that said, the Rallye 4 has one distinct feature and that is a quick-(dis)connect for the tailpiece.

Most of it can be removed, all that is left is 2 receptacles, I pull mine all the time

Yes with my aftermarket Recaros (with smaller belt slots than the OE Recaros) I can't remove them without a lot of effort. So strongly consider paying more for the Pro's, or if you are OK with a non DOT approved option, use cheaper cam-lock Jr. Dragster (2") belts.

Paul, Do you now have 2 belt receptacles bolted in ? One for factory and one for Quick fit ? I am trying to see of a way to get this in my 2018 GT350

For the back, I used the stock belt receptacles on the inside next to the driveshaft tunnel and the Schroth on the outter near the wheel wells

So you bought the 2017 FORD receptacles and swapped them out in your 2018 ? and then used the S550 Schroth kit ? Just trying to understand what all is needed and how easily it is to swap back and forth from this to stock again. I sometimes need to put a car seat in the back for my daughter and would be nice to swap back and forth easily without unbolting seat belt receivers etc,

I have a 2017 R, so no back seat, I bought 2 female receptacles for the rear and use the Schroth for the outer mount
Oh i see - you had nothing to start with. Yeah, the 2018 receptacles are different.
