Short story lady floored it looking at cell phone and nailed the front of my car. Her challenger won the exchange... :( I know no one here is a claims adjuster but do you think my 2017 mustang gt premium is totaled? I am so sad I could cry right now...... Look at the pics and tell me what you think....

I don't know if it will be totaled, but I personally would hope so. I wouldn't trust it to be the same again.

I have seen cars with less damage get totaled so there's that. Hopefully it is totaled so you can pocket the cash and buy another car (read: another mustang)

I am doing good no air bags deployed which I thought was odd...Khannected were you linking another thread? I owe 36k on it so without Gap not sure if totalling it I would get all my money back. First car with no Gap and first real wreck sigh....

If i have a choice 2018 is in my fiture and yes the challenger is all messed up on driver side.

Agreed. Once a car has been hit hard, it's never the same. There's always hidden damage or something tweaked ever so slightly out of alignment that can't be located by repair people.

Unibody cars just do not hold up well, moreso today because they are designed to fold up under impact.

Hope that it's totaled and they'll just get you a new one.

good ure fine but make sure u get checked out by a doctor on their insurance penny. never know when things might pop up.

as for the car? hard to tell if it will be totaled or not since the airbags didn't deploy.
