It was very tight on mine for some reason. I was shocked, to be honest because I've NEVER read about any issues putting PP wheel on non-PP cars. Heck, I watched a YouTuber go from the stock 17" wheels right to the 19's no issue.
With me, the tires were gently grazing the strut. It was enough...
Did anybody have to run spacers when they put PP wheels on their Base GT's? I just had mine put on today and the front tires rubbed the strut. We had to run a ÂĽ" spacer to make room.
Since the Personal BC plate is Green & White, similar to the Colorado Green & White, I'd get OA-5599.
Yeah, probably silly to put it on a Mustang, but I will own a '70 Challenger before I die and it'll be nice to have the plate ready.
I can understand what you're saying but like other people are pointing out; is that it's a much more refined, civilized, dare I say more politically correct hot-rod.
Gone are the days of the brutish 5-speed, live axle and 15" wheels with tires that couldn't grip even on a warm summer day...
I thought about it the other day considering my '16 GT still has some pretty decent trade-in value....
But then I learned that Need for Green comes ONLY with those ghey black stripes. Why, Ford.... WHY??! That is a color that needs no stripe. It's the only color on the palette that forces...
Definitely not piston slap. Piston slap is an indication of wear to the piston and/or cylinder wall and actually sounds like a gentle tapping or knocking due to the piston having excessive clearance on either side. What you'd hear in that case is the piston rocking side to side.
This sounds...
I ordered mine February 2nd, and it arrived at the dealership March 10th. I thought that was a great turnaround.
No negotiating on price? Really? I must be special then. Sure, your options are limited versus buying off the lot..... but a shrewd negotiator knows how to play the game. If...
Generally I do. I normally flash the peace sign from the steering wheel. There is a "bro" type dude around here with a black V6 who just glares at me (who knows/ or cares why) but there's an older gent with a red V6 fastback and another white California Special. Again, both older gents who are...
I've got a '16 GT w/o the Performance Pack. I noticed a significant amount of front end instability at speed prior to installing all the front bracing. It may have been partially due to the fact that the car was new to me, but I've routinely done some high speed runs in lesser cars and never...
It's a feature. It cost 800 million dollars to develop JUST for your car.
They gave it to you for a sweet deal because you were such a shrewd negotiator.
Maybe? You'd have to ask your dealer.
But, they'll ding you the cost of the spoiler, if it doesn't come painted - they're going to charge you for that and easily a couple hours worth of labour to install.
Oh dear God .... No!
Kill it! Kill it before it BREEDS!
That's the embodiment of putting lipstick on a pig.
Contrasting colours, especially drastically different should be used sparingly. The fella that did his lower body diffusers in red is pretty tight.
Never forget: "Less is More".
I love how anything a person doesn't understand suddenly becomes a "feature".
Like, the "Auto Creep In Traffic Feature" or the "Raises my idle with foot on clutch" feature.
"Engine explodes into tiny little shards when I redline it for an hour" feature....
Have these folks never used an...
Or, just for fun, if you can find a dealership with a good relationship with the factory.... see if you can order a custom color. It was possible back in the day, and then you could potentially wind up with a one-of-one Mustang in a special order Deep Impact Blue.
Stranger things have...
