Yea looking at the specs of the aluminator vs RPG long block. The RPG is a much better purchase.. all I wanted to know if I would be fine with the long block from RPG pushing 1k to the wheels and if porting the heads would be worth the extra $$

Just contact RPG.
they just finished mine . Went with a built I beam rod 5.2.
goood for 1500hp.

You have a 3liter whipple going on a 5.2ltr engine. unless the ford heads flow like garbage, you are not going to gain much porting the heads when you are stuffing the air down it's throat with a 3ltr blower. N/A maybe it be worth it, or a full boogie effort were that last 5hp matters. But you are ramming it down it's throat with a blower. my opinion save your 1500.00 use it for fuel system upgrades

If you want every pony possible then yes port it. If money is no object port it otherwise it’s just not worth the price
