I just put in a Braille G30 today. We'll see how it charges for this daily driver car. So far I've only driven it a couple of miles.

Been 4 years now... Has it worked successfully for you this whole time?Still workin’. Been to a track day and a handful of autocross events.
Cranks harder/faster than any normal battery I can remember.
Voltage might be dropping a little, hard to say with the smart charging system, but so far seems fine
I worked until last summer and then a cell failed and I've yet to repair or replace it. (so I got 3+ years)Been 4 years now... Has it worked successfully for you this whole time?
(And yes I'm replying to an old thread purposely. Looking for long-term results not new purchases. )
That's fair. Thank you for the update.I worked until last summer and then a cell failed and I've yet to repair or replace it. (so I got 3+ years)
It was working until April 2024 when I parked the car for basically 8 months where it sat in the sun outside while we waited to do an engine swap on the car. By the time we got a new motor in it the lithium ion wasn't charging right. Sitting outside in Texas with no maintenance or consideration at all is probably outside the scope of what I expect any battery to do, so I'm not mad.
Braille recommended I upgrade to a newer more capable charger to try to right it, but I haven't spent the money yet. My mechanic recommended cracking it open and replacing the bad cells myself. It was easiest just to throw a cheaper conventional battery in there while we troubleshot the new motor, new trans, new tune, new fuel system, etc etc etc.
Its on my list to get another (with a newer charger) when the time is right.
