S550 Center Bearing - Anyone know where to get one?

I've confirmed this, mine was at the dealer for vibration and it was the bearing. They said they cant service it and replaced the entire drive shaft :(

Dang! That blows:/ Did you happen to get a price quote?

Is your car lowered? Because mine is, and i was thinking the lowering of the car changed the angle of the drive shaft which caused the bearing to wear out faster.

No, stock. Mine was covered under warranty. if it happens outside of the warranty I will probably get a one piece aluminum.

What speed is yours having an issue at?

Ahh gotcha. Lucky you! Mine starts vibrating at 20 mph whether i'm accelerating or braking. Wbu?

Lowering the car doesn't affect the driveshaft angle since the differential position isn't changed relative to the transmission.... It does change the angle on the half shafts between the differential and the wheel hubs......

^^^ This.

Diffs on IRS cars are attached to the frame. Only the half shafts go up and down with the wheels which is the opposite of solid rear suspensions.
