My son-in-law just put on a set of classic Running Pony badges on each front fender. Keeping the heritage alive and they look good.

I am not a huge fan of those badges but i will tell you that they look very good on the car. Way to go!

Looks fantastic on the red!

Don't get me wrong, I love Mustangs through and through, but I'm a fan of how few badges are on the exterior of these cars.

I'd lose the 5.0 and only rock the pony badges, personally.

Not sure if they'd cover the alignment holes, but that is what I did on my '05.

I prefer no badging or emblems at all but those look good, give your son a pat on the back for them :D

I also prefer and appreciate less badging. Because of the mounting holes left behind, I blacked-out the grille pony and the 5.0s on my Magnetic Metallic GT. The matte black doesn't stand out like the chrome. I'm still deciding what to do about the chrome GT between the tail lights. I'm hoping someone comes out with a plain rear panel in carbon fiber.

I'm just thankful Ford didn't put a bunch of blue ovals all over the car.

Do you remember where you got that Pony bage? Is that fire? Link?
I like that it is unique. I eventualy would like to find a front grille w/o the center Pony, then (I thought) add a red, white and blue Tri-Bar Pony to the driver's side of grill. But this might look unique and more subtle than a tribar in grill!! :headbang:
