The only colour that made me question Magnetic, looks great. It is worth the extra money to have a PPF that covers the whole way. That line is a nightmare, and will collect dirt, needs extra care.

Well, you are going to have a line somewhere... where ever the edges are. They didn't wrap the edges of the hood or panels or front... stopped short of edges about 1/16-1/8 of an inch... so there are a lot of edges. I guess I'll find out over time how hard they are to take care of. I was warned at the shop to only use liquid wax and not paste for that reason.

Finally had a chance to clay bar, polish and wax my baby after getting Xpel clear bra, dipping my emblems and 30% tint all around. Beautiful 50 degree day here in Albuquerque, so might as well take some photos. i know its been said before, but wow, the Ruby Red paint is incredible in the sun!

It's my cars twin :cheers:, looks great man I can't wait to get a good coat of wax on mine after seeing how nice yours turned out

I'm curious about the Xpel clear bra. Did you do it yourself? How much of the front end did you do? I can see any line in the picture where the clear film stops. How much does it cost?

I posted another pic in #13 where you can see the line, but now looking on my iPad it doesn't appear the photo is showing... Not sure why. Here it is again.

I had it done at an XPEL installer who also tinted the windows. You can go to XPELs website to find the installer nearest you. I had all the painted parts in the front, 18-24" of the hood and front fenders, and backs of the mirrors done. Cost was about $750 for the XPEL and window tint.... So about $600 for the XPEL.

Oh gosh, that line just ruins the look :( My last (S197) Mustang did get some chips on the hood edge, that narrow strip where it went almost vertical but not on the top part of the hood and my fender paint was like factory fresh. It was mainly the front-facing parts of the front bumper so that's what I'd want to have done if I did it.
