Rubber plastic plugs 2021GT PP1

2021 Mustang GT Premium.
Under the trunk lid there are 3 plugs. Should they be removed or leave them in place? I have others but these were easy to photo. Are they water drain plugs? I can’t find any info on them.

I would say they are the access holes for nuts holding the decklid panel.

I wouldn't remove them. I believe they are access holes to get to the bolts that fasten on the PP1 type spoiler. If you don't have a spoiler the trunk lid will not be drilled.

I wouldn't remove them. I believe they are access holes to get to the bolts that fasten on the PP1 type spoiler. If you don't have a spoiler the trunk lid will not be drilled.
