Rtr led light harness broke

Hey guys, I recently installed the rtr grill leds, but in the process my bumper fell and tore the red and black wire out from the harness. The harness is completely closed off to be able to get to the wires to splice them back. So I tried just using vampire taps to tap into the red power and black ground of the other light that didn't break. I was hoping when the lights came on, the power would be sent to the other light as well. This was the outcome.

I assumed not enough power was getting to the light so I hooked it to a power source and the same thing happened.
