RPMs move up and down when idle?!

My car is on idle and it vibrates and RPMs move up and down when idle too! I don't know what the cause of it! It started doing this last week! My brother told me it might be the spark plugs but it's still new I replaced them like 4 months ago. Also, there ain't no vacuum leak I checked. My Did some research and some folks said it was caused by the crankshaft position sensor and some say it was caused by the EVAP purge valve! Do you think anyone experienced this before? The car is GT 2016 running VMP tune.

I have attached videos of how it sounds and looks hope it's clear.

Check for codes and or get a "Datalog" if its VMP Tunes. If all else fails get another Tune (I recommend Wengered Performance)

Thanks, hoss for your response but the issue was solved after reinstalling the stock TB. I had 85mm TB and for some reason, it went bad.
