I ordered a set of mudflaps from RPI Designs and when they arrived the installation instructions were horrible. You couldn't even make anything out of the pictures to install. I figured out the front but have no idea how to install the rear because the instructions they gave me a look like their printer was out of ink. I have messaged them twice to no avail. Anyone else have this issue with RPI? They apparently don't care much about their customers. Anyone have a clear picture of the rear install instructions?

I did not have any issues with mine. I have not installed the rear set yet, however because you are reusing the existing plastic push rivits, they should be pretty straight forward. My directions came just as you described as well, but had no issues getting the fronts done. I will try and get the rears on when my Roush AB comes in.

The rears are virtually impossible to install with the supplied hardware. You could try and find a way to install them, but I never figured one out.

I sent mine back and ponied up for the AM ones which are about twice as much $$ as they should cost.

Guys, we are learning from your experiences but we could learn more and maybe make suggestions if you would indulge us with some photos. Illustrate your issues and we can be more involved. :)

The issue is no clear install instructions and no reply to multiple emails. So I guess you could say the issue here is poor customer service.
