Saturday afternoon, right as I was literally saying "maybe I should just stop expecting it and it'll get here sooner", my phone rings. #127 had just arrived at the dealership still on the truck. I've been waiting for this day for more than two years, and I was finally here.
2.5 hours later my girlfriend and I are at the dealership. As requested the car is still wrapped and no stickers or anything put on it. With a little, embarrassing, help I enjoy unwrapping my Bday/Christmas present to myself, while my girlfriend records. He's gorgeous. I'm a metallic flake and dark colors crackhead, and this color is absolutely perfect for me!
Between the time it took to fill out all the paperwork and get in the car to leave, every salesman I saw had to tell me how beautiful the car was. But we won't count them lol. I get in my car to leave, and a guy shopping on the lot (with a salesman) stops me and asks if he can take pictures. With my approval, he just has an entire photo-shoot of Roy lol. Awesome!
After leaving the dealership, I head to carmax to sell my old V6 (they super low-balled me at the dealership). Stumbled across a friend I haven't seen or heard from in YEARS! After we both finished our business with CM we enjoyed some Buffalo Wild Wings:cheers: as a group before heading our separate ways.
Well the manual said no steady speeds for the first 500 miles, so a 1.5 hour cruise home instantly became a 2.5 hour bonding fest of Roy, my gf, and me. It was lovely.
Well that's my story for meeting my new best friend Roy. My dream car had finally arrived. As everyone before me said, it was well worth the wait. Sorry no pics right now. I'm at work so they will come later and after I clean the car and such. I'll follow that up with my review and later I'll be starting a project thread. Stay tuned folks and thanks for all the support!:first:

That's one BAMF! FMA fan too? He shall be my theme. (Beat out batman due to being less common, more subtle, and blue) Honestly I'm surprised two people so far have caught those references.
