Wondering if anybody has tried to see if the 90mm throttle body fits on the roush/ford 2650 front inlet yet??
Ive seen an LS with a 90mm throttle body online make a hair over a 1000hp with a 90mm on it so maybe the stock 87mm will be enough for e85 and tune with no problems or restictions??

No, it won't fit. The inlet diameter is too small. The inlet bolt pattern is for the GT350 throttle body. The 90mm throttle body has a GT bolt pattern. Some talented people could probably make it fit by grinding the inlet opening, and make an adapter to bolt it up. Then you would have to find a tuner willing to take on a project that will never be popular. I'm pretty sure there would be some issues without a tune. I believe the most you would gain with this change would be 25-30 hp.

I've talked with several tuners about increasing hp, and they have all said to go with a water methanol system. I would require a new inlet to run the water methanol kit. The nozzle should be 6 to 8 inches before the throttle body, and you can't put the nozzle in a rubber inlet pipe. JLT usually has inlets for just about every setup, but not for the 18+ Roush supercharger. I may end up fabricating my own. I fabricated my own CAI on my old 05 3 valve.
