Stock height, stock everything pretty much

19” oem wheels, relatively new Michelin tires

I have about 78k miles on this mustang so far. The ride seems to be rough, through uneven roads it just sounds to be hitting the road hard and well it is not a smooth ride. On smooth road sounds just fine obviously. Also, there is a small clunk sound I guess you could say when I am moving forward slowly and then brake hard, and only when moving forward at a slow speed and not in reverse. The “clunk” is heard towards the front of the vehicle. So does the rough riding sounds like it’s in the front. It doesn’t sound like anything is loose, and I have checked over and over the suspension parts are properly tightened and brake parts. Recently replaced my struts about half a year ago with monroe, so relatively new. Also did brake job around the same time. I’ve read a bit of forums online about control arms, struts, and brakes but all of mine seem to be in good shape after inspection. Would anyone know what I may be missing here?
Thanks a bunch in advance
