RokBlokz Splash Guards install without removing rear wheel

RokBlokz Splash Guards I watched a few installs online but everyone seems to removes rear wheel. Anyone install them without removing wheels ? I may give it a shot using a small right angle screwdriver.

You have to drill out one of the factory mounting holes. It would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, with the rear wheels still on.

I installed the fronts without removing the wheels. Don't think it's possible to install the rears that way.

I thought someone on hear would of had a new way. I guess I will have to take them off and stop trying short cuts
