Had the tires off so snapped some quick pics for those interested. There is a Ridetech candidate thread below where I give an initial impression. Suffice it to say that this has changed the car dramatically for the better!

Interesting to see how RideTech did a full coilover conversion for the rear of the car compared to BC who only gives replacement shock and spring instead of true coilover for the rear.

Yea. Takes some extra work and some improvement to the mounting points but I think it's probably worth it. A little extra weight but the back of the car really feels solid.

Yeah I'm sure. Mine does too but it's pretty low, lower than most would do on a Mustang. I just thought the change in design was interesting, I'm sure there are advantages. This is actually more of what I thought the BC's would look like but they are a cheaper brand after all.

What spring rates are people getting and how did you choose them?

300 front/400 rear. They asked me the characteristics I was looking for and I gave them a verbal explanation then spent some time tuning. I live 2 miles from the shop. I would say my rates are a really good blend of handling and ride with a stronger emphasis on the handling. The car pulled 1.09g on their meter during testing.

Thanks do you have your settings for the ride height and rebound?

Not sure on the collar adjustments for height, but it's easy to adjust, set screw and a collar wrench up or down. Rebound is set at full firm (clockwise), back 6 clicks on the front and 8 clicks on the rear.

I've had 225/300, 300/400, 425/600, and now playing on going 400/500. My car is used 90% on track and autox so the spring rates don't bother me. But if it was a DD car I'd say 300/400 should be a nice setup.

As far has ride height, the rear should be 12.5" from mount point to mount point. The front should have 2-3 inches of shock shaft left. Both these measurement are with car on ground.

Funny how similar we are. I adjust the damping all the time, but I keep going back to -8 front and rear.

The Steeda bars are really stiff. I seem to have settled on a -8 as well. It will corner now!
