Reverse camera issues please help

My reverse camera works but the directional lines stop working. Didn't realize how much I depened on it when backing up. I disconnected the battery, thinking that would reset it but it didn't work.talk to my Tuner, he said the tune has nothing to do with that. Has this happened to anyone? Please help thanks

You should be able to turn it on or off in the touch screen.
Also I heard you would need to calibrate it by turning the steering wheel from side to side?

I would open and close your trunk.. if it isn't latched well it will work but no lines.. also there is a TSB about this issue.. Ill try and dig It up
