Reverse Camera guidance lines frozen

me and my father owns a 15´ GT Premium Auto my radio Broke down 3 months ago so they replace the Unit, 1 month ago parking the car I realize the Reverse Camera guidance lines where frozen the dotted line is there but is frozen on the center, I took the car to service and they told me "you must confuse, No mustang ever mustang had come with Reverse Camera guidance lines... it only comes in the F150 lineup"... At this point they told me no mustang ever come with this, but I remember using this Feature! wile parking this car on my parking lot countless times! I searched for it on internet... Enhanced park Aids is on and is not in zoom mode..
at this point Im not sure if my recalls are actually fake or true. Can you guys tell me if Im crazy or I should drop the F bomb on the service guy? (if so could you upload pictures of your reverse cameras?)

Did you get this issue resolved? I have the same problem and have not gone to a dealer yet.
