rev camera problems please help

Directional lines on rev camera not working. The blind spot monitoring is on but the lines that show you which way the car is headed when backing up stop working. Anyone else experience this? Is their a way to reset sync?(2015) I tried disconnecting the battery but that didn't work. I'm thinking maybe reboot the sync system. Please help. Thanks

The Blind Spot Indicator System (BLIS) has nothing to do with the rearview camera system. They are separate features.

Did you verify that the trunk was closed when this occurred? If the trunk isn't fully latched, the guidelines will not be displayed on the screen. Also, if your battery has been disconnected or discharged, the active guidelines will not function until the vehicle is driven for a predetermined distance at a speed greater than 12 MPH.

If the trunk was properly latched, the battery was not disconnected/discharged, and the guidelines still don't display, verify that the guidelines are turned on in the system settings. Reference page 153 of your owner's manual to access the system settings.

Trunk latched, disconnected the battery, driven the car over 12 mph for predetermined distance. I'll check the owners manual in the morning. Hopefully the answer is in the book. Thanks for your response. I'll keep u posted

Check if the cable tie securing the harness to the body has been over tightened.

My rc is going in and out. 1 out of every 3 times is gets all blurry then just stops working. Other times it works perfect.
