Retune for DW400?

Recently purchased the Deatsch Werks DW400 drop in fuel pump. Eventually going boosted but wanted to go ahead and install. Would I need a retune?

You would not need a return for that pump. It will flow just fine as a drop in.

I have a canned tune that runs on a DW400 pump and a Lund tune that runs on stock pump with a VMP bap. Can I run the Dw400 and the BAP together on both tunes without issue?

I have a Lund tuned Bullitt with a DW400 and a JMS BAP and it works great. No tune revisions needed whatsoever. The only thing you might encounter is hot start issues if you have one of the pre 2019 DW400 pumps without a check valve. My DW400 did not have the check valve, so I added a DW inline check valve.
