Report Scammer?

So how do I go about reporting someone selling on here, and not shipping the item out and not responding to messages?

I have a claim open with PayPal, so getting money back shouldn't be an issue. But I'd rather not see him do it again to someone else.

Scammers are scrum of the earth. Once the mods investigate you should name and Shame.

Just looking at my post history I'm sure you guys can figure it all out, lol.

PayPal just refunded me, so no skin off my back now.

The seller hardly even posted here, so name shaming probably won't accomplish anything, but I can if you want.
