Replacement rotors/pads since Ford won't help

Seeing as all the dealers in my area deem the brake squeal coming from my brakes (EB NON PP) since 2,000 miles are normal and therefore won't swap them out - I'm left to do it myself as to avoid continued embarassment...my MF comps don't cover it up enough.

Does anyone have any good recommendations as to replacement? I'll likely do rotors and pads.
