Replacement battery that fits

Any new European recommendations here? My battery is five years old and based on how it has been feeling/sounding when starting up the car the last few times, I think I should be replacing it soon.

i replaced mine MY17 a few months back with a Yuasa HSB075, seems to do the job nicely and fitted in easy enough. Getting the OEM one out was a pain as no handles on it.

+1 for the HSB075. I think I paid around £90 for it. Came with a 5 year warranty too.

Don't do what I did and leave so late, to the point where I had to jump start it, then jump start again after driving 1 mile down the road to get petrol lol

yeah i got the click click click of doom after ignoring the signs of dying battery for a while. Naturally it did die on me when I didn't have time to fck about. I'd like to say i've learned my lesson but I'm naturally stupid that way

Mine is now 8.5 years old, still starts the car without problems. I use an optimate when the car is parked in the garage.

Just be aware that when it does fail you will get precisely NO warning. I did the same with a previous garage queen and although it started one day when I stopped for fuel after 3 miles it was dead as a dodo.
